I have been using both products on and off for the last couple of months and am seeing some nice results, along with my new walking routine.

During the Christmas Holiday, I overdid it with the snacks. I have found both of these products to be very excellent at helping lose weight. I was cynical at first but have been pleasantly suprised with the improvements I have made to my weight.
